This role is pivotal in overseeing export logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient shipments, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

30 PM 20 - 22 USD per hour Responsibilities Coordinate all export shipments, including hazardous and non-hazardous cargo, while liaising with freight forwarders and carriers.
Process shipments using UPS/FedEx services with precision and timeliness.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records for the shipping department, adhering to compliance standards.
Collaborate with the team to schedule carriers as needed, optimizing logistical operations.
Create and manage a comprehensive shipping schedule to streamline workflow and meet deadlines.
Requirements High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a shipping/warehouse environment.
Proficient in verbal and written communication.
Strong knowledge and efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) software preferred.
Hazmat Certification is mandatory.
