Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all guests while providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Manage email requests for appointments Maintain the reception area and ensure cleanliness and organization.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for warehouse staff.
Monitor visitor access Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and terminology is a plus.
Must be able to lift and move packages as needed (up to insert weight ).
Must be reliable and on time.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
