Summary:
The Administrative Assistant performs an array of clerical and office duties at designated location.
Job Functions and Duties:
1.
Answer phones and relay/respond to all messages in a timely manner.
2.
Schedule appointments for Psychiatrist and/or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
3.
Inform appropriate staff of any and all client related issues.
4.
Make confirmation calls for next day appointments.
5.
Greet clients and family members in welcoming manner at all times.
6.
Complete encounter/co pay sheets for the day.
7.
Collect insurance Co Pays.
8.
Fax all daily paperwork to appropriate departments.
9.
Inform Office Manager or Senior Program Administrator when office is low on supplies.
10.
Perform other administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications:
1.
High School Diploma or equivalent required 2.
Clerical and computer skills required 3.
Excellent customer service skills 4.
Teamwork focused, flexible and highly organized 5.
Detail-oriented 6.
