We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
This is a FULL TIME position:
Monday-Friday 8am to 4:
30pm Duties:
- Sign in drivers and send to doors according to their appointments - Answer calls and take appropriate messages -Answer emails, scheduling all inbound and outbound appointments and answering customer inquiries -Scanning BOLs and sending to drivers -Updating inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills , written and verbal must be polite and professional - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Job Type:
