HR Associate Manager

The mission of this role is to provide leadership and HRfunctional expertise to create and drive the Dr Pepper Snapple Group peoplestrategy as part of Dr Pepper Snapple overall business strategy.
This position will support approximately 400 employees inour Packaged Beverage division in the Metro New York and New Jersey area; including,Elmsford, NY, Maspeth, NY, Ronkonkoma, NY, and Avenel, NJ.
This position will partner with a team of HR professionalsto drive strong application of DPS' Human Resource Generalist Competencies andto influence leadership and effectively support behavioral change. Theywill possess strong organizational abilities; data mining skills, keenattention to detail; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities; highlevels of executive confidentiality; execute change projects (including thosewith large scale/scope); strong project management skills. Theywill be fluent in organizational concepts and dynamics of change, specificallyunderstanding how organizational capability can deliver business strategygrowth agenda
Location and Travel:
This position will be office based in our Avenel, NJfacility, with approximately 40% travel. During peaks times, travel mayexceed 60% to complete annual benefits enrollment meetings, investigations and othertrainings. However, the majority of the branch location travel is close enoughfor day trips.
Job Responsibilities:
Partnering with business leaders, to ensure the business hasin place the most effective organization to deliver the business strategy.
Providing analytics using Excel and SAP by partnering withthe compensation, benefits, HR development, HR business services, coaching& capability and recruiting teams to ensure the business attracts, motivates,and develops.
Implementing and applying HR processes, policies andstandards in a way that fits the local legislative and cultural environment.Recommending and championing change to policy and procedures where necessary
Ensuring the business can attract, motivate, develop andretain great talent through effective resourcing, training & development,performance management and reward strategies.
Retains great talent through effective recruiting, training& development, performance management and reward strategies.
Ensuring the individual and collective relationships betweenthe business and its people are healthy, open and collaborative throughappropriate communication strategies and management behavior.
Independently investigating employee issues and bringing theissues to resolution.
Championing DPS ACTION behaviors and utilizing them to builda positive business culture.
Acting as a coach and source of advice on performance anddevelopment issues - intervening where necessary to improve management and teameffectiveness
Implementing initiatives in the areas such asorganization development, reward, and bench strength management to support allof the above.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or a similarly related field
4 years of experience in human resources, and/or operations,and/or sales or 3 years of experience in human resources with a Master's in HRManagement/Development
2 years of labor relations experience
3 years of experience using MS Office and an ERP (Oracle,SAP, etc.)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
