The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for building of the all frame work required in the designated Electrical Assembly area. Utilization of approved assembly methods by use of work instructions and on the job training protocols is required.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role the incumbent's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Read blueprints and specifications
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
Accept or reject finished items
Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
Completion of Divisional Training Requirements is targeted between 6 & 24 months. Rectification (if applicable) is required every two years unless otherwise specified in the course itself
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a background which includes the following demonstrable experience, skills and education:
High School Degree
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
The ability to read technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Responsible and trustworthy
Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
Working knowledge of MS Office
Authorities:
Enforcement of company policies, procedures and processes..
Has the authority to report problems according to Corporate procedures
Has the authority to stop the manufacturing process if any unsafe conditions are presented
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, reach with arms and hands, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time and an air-conditioned and heated office. The noise level is occasionally high.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
